About the course

Check-in course is planned for the purpose of forming the student in a check-in agent. The course prepares the student to perform check-in activities, loading, unloading, transit, delivery service and baggage, introduction to reservations and electronic tickets, as well as aims to develop your skills in the relationship between co-workers and customers.

What you will learn

The aim of the course is that at its completion the student is able to perform a service with quality and excellence to airport passengers and who knows how to play the various activities associated with the check-in of passengers.

Key Topics

The course offers certifications required by ANAC, as Dangerous materials Shipping (Dangerous goods key 9), Human Factors and DCS.

Target Audience

People who wish to work in domestic and international airlines, carrying out the service to internal and external customers in all aviators and airport sectors.

Additional Information

In ATS, you will have classes with specialized teachers, formed by leading universities in Brazil and abroad. All work in the civil aviation market and have extensive experience in this field.
